• 5 or more years of hands‑on experience in AWS / JAVA J2EE in the design, development, testing and integration of highly complex front‑end applications
• Strong hands‑on experience working with React JS
• Experience designing and developing lightweight, scalable front‑end solutions
• Proven experience designing and implementing loosely coupled microservices
• 2 or more years of experience in cloud development with platforms such as AWS
• 2 or more years of experience with CI/CD build processes and configuration
• 4 or more years of proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• 4 or more years of deep experience leveraging Dev Sec Ops  and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• 2 or more years of experience working with Test‑Driven Development and unit test frameworks
• Experience implementing high‑quality code to ensure features meet business needs and are scalable
• Proven experience as a work lead providing technical coaching and mentoring to others

• Skilled in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field.
