AI First- Senior Fullstack Engineer

Tomorrow.io’s SaaS department focuses on building scalable software and products, from data infrastructure to customer‑facing experiences across B2B, B2C, and B2D. The Senior Fullstack Engineer – AI First will join the Growth/Experts team as a high‑output, impact‑driven builder leveraging AI at every step.

• Build from problem to production – develop solutions from business need or user pain point, design the approach, and ship a working solution without a full design spec.
• Ship at 10X pace – deliver complex, end‑to‑end features across backend and frontend quickly, leveraging AI and shortcuts while maintaining quality.
• Own big problems – tackle ambiguous, cross‑cutting challenges and turn them into working solutions with minimal hand‑holding.
• Multiply the team – unblock teammates, share knowledge, raise code quality through reviews, and elevate everyone’s output. Prioritize work that moves the needle.
• Continuous improvement – proactively identify bottlenecks, tech debt, or inefficiencies and fix them without waiting for requests.

• 7+ years full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script, React, and Node.js.
• Strong system design skills – able to architect features and services, not just implement tickets.
• Comfortable across the full stack: backend logic, APIs, databases, and frontend UI.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms.
• Real‑world production system experience and scalability.
• Fluent in AI‑assisted development – uses AI tools daily to code faster, debug smarter, and explore solutions.
• Nice to have:
  Mapbox, GCP, WebGL.
