AI Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI‑powered automation systems for enterprise clients. This role involves building LLM‑based agent workflows, integrating with live databases and business applications, processing documents, and implementing human approval checkpoints before critical actions are executed. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LLM API integration, agentic workflows, Python, AWS serverless services, SQL, REST APIs, and secure backend engineering.

• Build AI agent workflows using LLM APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
• Develop tool integrations for AI agents, including SQL connectors, REST API clients, document parsers, spreadsheet parsers, and email handlers.
• Implement structured output validation using Pydantic, Zod, Instructor, or similar schema validation frameworks.
• Design human‑in‑the‑loop approval flows where the system pauses, summarises actions, waits for approval, and resumes after confirmation.
• Debug and improve AI agent behaviour by analysing tool calls, prompts, schema validations, and orchestration logic.
• Build and maintain AWS serverless infrastructure using services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3 Event Bridge, SES, API Gateway, Cognito, VPC, Secrets Manager, Cloud Watch, and X‑Ray.
• Develop infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, preferably with Type Script.
• Configure AWS Lambda functions for secure database connectivity, including VPC access, security groups, and Secrets Manager.
• Work with client technical teams to understand ERP/database schemas, business rules, and automation requirements.
• Write clear workflow specifications and technical documentation that can be reviewed and approved by both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Build secure REST API integrations with authentication, error handling, retries, and structured response parsing.
