Company Flatbed Driver Job Overview
- Strong earning potential. Earn up to $106,999 per year depending on route.
- Competitive CPM + raises built in. CPM pay range: $0.52-$0.70, based on experience, with scheduled yearly CPM pay raises.
- Monthly bonus opportunities. Earn up to $0.05/mi monthly performance bonus.
- Sign-on bonus for experienced drivers. Midwest Flatbed:
Up to $6,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced drivers. - Extra pay for the work you do. Accessorials include tarp pay, load securement pay, stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, breakdown pay.
- Home time that fits your lane. Home weekly or bi-weekly, based on location.
- Freight that keeps you moving. Run 100% no-touch freight (tarping and securement required).
