Job Description

Part‑time, Monday‑Friday, various shifts. Starting at $24.01/hr pto available after first 90 days. Benefits include employee resorts.

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Part‑time Forklift Operators at our Springfield, IL service center. As a forklift operator, you will move freight safely into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53' long, operating a forklift on a roofed but non‑climate‑controlled dock.

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Ability to read manifests
• Ability to read / interact with a computer display
• Forklift experience
• Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous forklift experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Some LTL experience
