About the Job

Time on/off schedule:

• 2 weeks OTR = 2-3 days off
• 3 weeks OTR = 3-4 days off
• 4 weeks OTR = 4-5 days off

Pay and bonuses:

• .01 CPM raises every 6 months for safe driving and clean inspections
• Bonuses for clean inspections paid on same pay period
• All miles, extra stops, detentions & layovers are paid cash advances
• Fast hiring (4-5 hour orientation)

• Gross weekly average pay: $2,100 - $2,400
• CPM: $0.7 - $0.7
• Average miles per week: 2,800 - 3,200
• No driver load/unload

• 14-21 expected days out
• Can stay out longer if desired
• Get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked
• Home at least one weekend per month

• Orientation is not paid
• Accommodation is covered
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Orientation performed partly or in full online
• Covers some or all travel expenses

• Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
• 18 months tractor trailer experience
