Pay & Benefits
* Up to $0.55 per mile (CPM)
* Average annual pay: $65,000 - $75,000
* Top earners: $70,000-$85,000+ based on miles and performance
* $2,000 Sign-On/Schedule Bonus

Schedule & Route
* Regional routes
* Home every weekend

* Monday-Friday schedule (occasional Sunday start)

What You'll Do
* Safely operate a CDL-A vehicle (26,000+ GVW)
* Deliver products to grocery warehouses & distribution centers
* Backhaul raw materials when assigned
* Load/unload freight and verify counts
* Complete delivery paperwork and maintain ELD logs
* Perform pre/post-trip inspections
* Provide professional customer service at each stop
Requirements
Requirements
* Valid Illinois CDL-A license
* 2+ years of driving experience
* Clean driving record
* Basic knowledge of FMCSA regulations (Sec. 177 & 383-396)
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Must pass a DOT physical and drug test
* Strong work ethic, professionalism, and communication skills
* Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
* Ability to use email and basic navigation tools
