We are seeking a full-time Shipping Associate for our on-site facility located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Shipping Associate (Forklift Operator) is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, staging, and shipping finished envelope products. This role requires frequent forklift operation and plays a key role in maintaining on-time deliveries, accurate shipments, and smooth material flow between production and outbound logistics.

• Operate forklifts daily to move finished goods, pallets, and materials throughout the facility
• Stage, load, and unload trucks accurately and safely
• Pick, verify, and prepare envelope orders for shipment based on work orders and shipping
• Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport
• Generate and verify shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading, and labels
• Coordinate shipments with common carriers and LTL freight
• Inspect finished products for damage, count accuracy, and quality before shipment
• Maintain organized staging lanes and shipping areas Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience required in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Valid forklift certification required or willingness to obtain/renew
  • Experience loading trucks and handling palletized freight
