About the Position

Dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver for Taylor Farms in Waukegan, IL. Start date ASAP. Competitive weekly pay.

Reefer trailer hauling produce. 100% no‑touch freight. 3-5 loads per week with 2-3 stops per load. Routes within IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, OH, PA and WI.

• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus of up to 2% of annual gross pay.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Drivers must drive at night.
• Live within 50 miles of Chicago, IL.
