About the JobWest Logistics LLC is hiring experienced CDL‑A OTR Reefer Drivers for nationwide freight runs. We are looking for dependable, hard‑working drivers who want consistent miles, strong support, and reliable equipment.
Our drivers operate late‑model tractors and refrigerated trailers hauling freight across the United States. We value communication, professionalism, and on‑time service.
Job Summary- Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
- Refrigerated
- OTR
- $1,500 - $3,000 gross total weekly avg. pay
- $0.65 - $0.7 CPM
- 2,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
- $500 sign on bonus
- Line Haul, LTL
- 5% Driver Load/Unload
- 28 - 60 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 7 days of home time for every 28 days worked
- Home at least one weekend per month
- Orientation is not paid for
- Does not cover accommodation
- Drivers get their own room
- Lunch is included
- Orientation is performed partly or in full online
- Does not cover any travel expenses
- Class A license
- 5 years OTR experience
