System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and over‑the‑road (OTR) routes. Drivers will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.

• Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

Weekly Pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 (Full‑time drivers)

Annual Pay: $60,912.97 – $ (Full‑time drivers)

Pay includes mileage plus accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as applicable.

Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile, depending on experience.

We offer a $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Required: Valid Class A CDL
• Required: 21 years of age or older
• Required: Clean driving record
• Required: No more than six jobs in the last three years
• Required: At least 4 months of driving experience
• Preferred: One year of truck driving experience (not mandatory)
• Required: Background check

• Required: Clean clearinghouse result
• Required: Ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
