Pay & Benefits- Up to $0.55 per mile (CPM)
- Average annual pay: $65,000 – $75,000
- Top earners: $70,000-$85,000+ based on miles and performance
- $2,000 Sign-On/Schedule Bonus
- Weekly pay (direct deposit)

- Stop pay
- Detention pay
- Non-driving hourly pay
- Extra pickup/delivery pay

- Late-model, well-maintained equipment (Reefer trailers)
- Safely operate a CDL-A vehicle (26,000+ GVW)
- Deliver products to grocery warehouses & distribution centers
- Backhaul raw materials when assigned
- Load/unload freight and verify counts
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain ELD logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide professional customer service at each stop
