Location: Springfield IL

As a Delivery Driver with Gordon Food Service, you will build relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and other food service establishments. Duties include unloading cases up to 100 lbs and operating a ramp and two‑wheel cart throughout your shift.

• Deliver food products to companies across the local region.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs using a ramp.
• Operate a two‑wheel cart to transport up to 350 lbs of load.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow company safety procedures.

Monday – Friday
, starting between 4–6 AM

• Drivers average $80–$90K per year.
• Guaranteed minimum of $1,100 per week.
• Daily base pay plus component pay.
• Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL License at hire.
• Ability to operate a two‑wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the shift.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record per DOT and GFS standards.
• Registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent (effective January 6, 2020).
