Job Overview
Warehouse Picker Order Selector – Springfield, IL
Responsibilities- Accurately pick products by matching numbers and product codes using a voice audio headset.
- Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly from the floor to overhead.
- Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
- Hand‑shrink wrap orders with labels and move completed orders to the loading dock area using an electronic pallet jack or walkie‑rider equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
- Full‑time
- Monday‑Friday
- 10:00 AM – end of shift
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.

Total Rewards- Pay starting at $20.21 per hour. After six months, hourly rate increases to $21.22.

- Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to overhead throughout the shift.
- Ability to work while using a headset, voice‑activated order selector picking system.
- Ability to hand‑shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
- Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
