Warehouse Operations Technician

Position Summary

Warehouse Operations Technician located in Elwood, IL. Weekly pay $25.00 per hour with an additional $1.50 per hour bonus for specific shift hours.

Working hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am.

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure proper and even workload distribution.
• Collaborate with inventory department and on‑site personnel to resolve problems with the day's orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.
