- Lead daily warehouse operations during the 2nd shift.
- Coordinate warehouse associates to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety, quality, and scan compliance.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and order flow.
- Monitor labeling, packaging quality, and product handling standards.
- Ensure warehouse inventory is accurate and properly maintained.
- Promote scan discipline and process compliance throughout the warehouse.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations and step into leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience coordinating warehouse teams in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Furniture warehouse experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and excellent attention to detail.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull merchandise.
- Work safely in an active warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when business demands require.
