Warehouse Case Forklift Operator

Position

Material Handler – Dekalb, Illinois

• Hourly Pay: $20.30 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Three‑and‑a‑half day workweek
• Shift: Sunday – Tuesday 5:15 am to 4:45 pm and Wednesday 5:15 am to 11:15 am

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Minimal supervision required
• High initiative
• High accuracy under pressure
• Can lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Can stand for long periods
• Familiar with health and safety methods
• Flexible schedule availability across shifts
• Detail oriented with follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products; load and unload trucks
• Manage daily paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Perform additional duties as assigned
