Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Our growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This Staff Accountant role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment where accounting directly impacts operational decision‑making. The ideal Staff Accountant will thrive in a fast‑paced setting and enjoy both traditional accounting responsibilities and hands‑on collaboration with operations.

The Staff Accountant will support day‑to‑day accounting functions, assist with month‑end close, and help maintain accurate financial records. This role will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure financial integrity and support business growth.

• Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with month‑end and year‑end close
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support inventory accounting and cost tracking within a manufacturing environment
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand cost drivers
• Assist with audits and support documentation requests
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
