A well‑established residential real estate organization is seeking a seasoned Head of Accounting to lead its accounting function and oversee financial operations for a growing residential portfolio. This role offers high visibility and requires deep, hands‑on real estate accounting expertise.

The Head of Accounting will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls while managing and developing a skilled accounting team.

• Overseeing full‑cycle accounting for a residential real estate portfolio
• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Managing audits, tax coordination, and regulatory compliance
• Establishing and improving accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team

• Extensive accounting leadership experience within residential real estate
• Strong knowledge of property accounting, GAAP, and financial reporting
• Proven experience managing teams and partnering with senior leadership
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong attention to detail
