- Lead reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close
- Staff Accountant will prepare, review, and create journal entries for accurate reflection of organizational financial activity
- Staff Accountant will produce and interpret financial statements, including balance sheet and P&L, to inform internal decision making
- Support ongoing improvement and documentation of accounting processes during department restructuring
- Minimum three years of accounting experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in journal entries, debits/credits, and account reconciliation
- Experience in accounts payable processing within a complex department
