Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities

+ Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages

+ Oversee accounting operations across multiple LLCs

+ Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial procedures

+ Mentor and supervise accounting staff

+ Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies

+ Partner with leadership on reporting visibility and business insights

+ Support audits and ensure overall financial integrity

Qualifications

+ BS in Accounting or related field

+ Prior ownership of month-end, financial reporting, and accounting operations

+ Ability to independently manage and own the close process

+ Construction, manufacturing, or project-based accounting experience preferred

+ Systems-minded and technologically curious - someone excited about leveraging AI and automation within accounting operations
