Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and route telephone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently type correspondence and documents.
  • Open daily mail and route to proper individuals.
  • Will perform data entry and general computer processing as requested.
  • Filing, organizing, and processing of paperwork, and miscellaneous duties as requested.
  • Back up other accounting functions, such as accounts receivable, purchasing.
  • Carry out tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or President, and complete in goal time.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year office administration experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to manage numerous incoming calls in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Computer proficient; able to enter data quickly and accurately, knowledge of Word and Excel required.
  • General math skills and basic accounting proficiency preferred.
