Pay or shift range: $24 USD to $27 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

We are also proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work. We are looking for an accounts payable specialist to join our growing team in our Springfield, MA location.
What You’ll Do:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the timely processing and payment of vendor invoices, credit card statements, and employee expense reimbursements.
Key Responsibilities- Reviews and codes all invoices in accounting system for approval prior to payment.
- Responds to all vendor inquiries.
- Assists in month-end closing.
- Processes check requests on a weekly basis.
- Enters employee expense reimbursements into the accounting system for payment.
- Reviews A/P aging report and communicates aged payables and issues with invoices and/or vendor payments.

What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Intermediate in MS Excel and Microsoft Outlook (required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
