Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accountant:

• Cost Accountant track and analyze costs across labor, materials, subcontractors, and operations
• Maintain and evaluate inventory activity, variances, and transfer pricing across locations
• Prepare cost reports and support leadership with actionable financial insights
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including accruals and reconciliations
• Partner with operations to review production data and improve cost accuracy
• Support standard cost development, updates, and variance analysis

Qualifications for the Cost Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to cost accounting
