Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• The Controller will own and lead the month-end and year-end close across multiple entities, including consolidations and reporting
  
  • The Controller will oversee core accounting functions (GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, job costing)
  
  • Partner with operations to improve cost visibility, WIP reporting, and project profitability
  
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  
  • Lead ERP ownership and drive system/reporting enhancements
  
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
