Senior Manufacturing Finance Manager

A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Finance Manager to support a complex, multi-site operating environment. This is a highly visible role focused on strengthening manufacturing finance processes, improving cost visibility, and partnering with operational leadership across the business.

• Lead financial analysis and reporting across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on product costs, inventory, margins, and manufacturing performance.
• Analyze material, labor, overhead, and production variances and identify key business drivers.
• Improve and standardize costing and inventory processes across the organization.
• Support financial integration, systems improvements, and broader transformation initiatives.
• Develop reporting and insights that improve operational and financial decision-making.

• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysis.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or a similarly complex organization.
• Strong business partnership and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
