- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business;
Master's in Accounting also accepted. - 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Previous people leadership or 5+ years of demonstrated informal leadership.
- Strong expense accounting and month-end close experience.
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
- Experience with internal controls, audit support, and financial reporting.
- Experience with fixed assets and/or lease accounting.
- SAP experience preferred.
- CPA, MSA, or MBA preferred.
