KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization in the North Andover, MA area that is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a small, collaborative office environment where employees are given strong visibility and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute recurring client invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Gather supporting documentation and vendor‑related billing information for customer accounts
  • Monitor incoming payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate account records
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances through professional phone and email communication
  • Compile operational and financial reporting for leadership and external partners
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to billing activity and account management
  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple business functions as needed
  • Assist with special projects and day‑to‑day office coordination within a fast‑paced environment
Requirements
  • Prior experience within billing, receivables, or customer account support required
  • Exposure to office administration, operations coordination, or business support functions preferred

    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience utilizing Quick Books or similar accounting software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Self‑directed and detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing within a small team setting

This is a fully onsite opportunity with compensation up to $64,000 depending on experience.
