Medical Receptionist - Gastroenterology

Trinity Health - 305 Bicentennial Highway - Responsibilities:
Greet and communicate with patients in person or by phone in a courteous and professional manner;
Answer telephones in a timely, courteous, and professional manner using appropriate scripting;
Process calls to transfer patients to the appropriate staff member/provider;
Schedule patient appointments based on department protocols to maximize provider productivity;
Provide clerical support and assistance to internal team members and external customers to ensure smooth daily office operations
