Description of Primary Duties- Greet visitors pleasantly and professionally, and answer phone calls.
- Schedule advisement appointments and perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and running errands.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized main office area.
- Assist students with course registration and general registration inquiries related to campus resources and programs within the College.
- Support advisement staff with special projects and assignments as requested.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and professionalism.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to complete tasks independently.
- Computer literate or willing to learn.
