Baystate Health - - Responsibilities:
Bed Management:
Tracks, prioritizes and assigns beds; coordinates admissions, discharges and transfers;
Proficiently and accurately utilizes computer applications (OA Gold, CIS, Premise, BMD, PCM Auditor, People Soft) and other unit tools;
Unit-specific projects including payroll and scheduling; developing unit time schedules;
Greeter/receptionist for visitors; communicates with staff and other departments; relays messages;
Assists Hospitalists during clinical rounds; coordinates post-discharge follow-up and scheduling
