Parts Advisor

Bertera Chrysler is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and accurate parts ordering and inventory management.

• Assist customers & Technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers & Dealership Staff
• Utilize specialized software to look up and order parts, and manage inventory
• Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory levels
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders
• Keep up-to-date on new products and developments in the automotive parts industry

• 2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership or parts department
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency with computers and software systems used for automotive parts management
• Valid driver's license
