Overview

Compensation Analyst Pride Health is hiring a Compensation Analyst for one of its clients based in Massachusetts. This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension, onsite. Location – Springfield, MA. Pay range - $30 - $35 an Hour on a W2. Length of assignment – 3 months (with possible extension). Shift – Monday to Friday (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).

Job Summary

The Compensation Analyst supports the administration and analysis of compensation programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with HR and leadership to conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and pay equity analyses, ideally within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking.
  • Perform job evaluations and maintain job architecture.
  • Support pay equity analyses and compensation initiatives.
  • Provide compensation analysis for hiring, promotions, and merit increases.
  • Maintain compensation data in Workday HCM.
  • Assist with annual compensation planning and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of compensation analysis experience (market analysis, managing pay equity, job evaluations).
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Payfactors preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
