Director, Professional Services Solutions

We are looking for a Director to lead a global team of Professional Services solution consultants, partner with Infoblox Sales teams and scope Professional Services engagements early in the sales cycle. This role will build a robust pipeline to drive outcomes for Infoblox customers.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
  • Execute the Professional Services go‑to‑market strategy and drive new qualified opportunities to successful closure.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Global Professional Services to develop new GTM services offerings.
  • Understand customer business requirements and translate them into actionable engagements.
  • Work closely with regional sales leaders to position and sell services and achieve swift outcomes with Infoblox products.
  • Maintain relationships with client security, business, and leadership teams to manage expectations of service delivery.
  • Provide timely, regular business forecasts aligned with professional services financial goals.
  • Mentor the team on scoping best practices, objection handling, and increasing deal size.
Be Prepared — What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience leading a pre‑sales or professional services delivery team in a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience in transitioning a professional services organization from a perpetual license model to a SaaS model.
  • Track record of increasing services pipeline, bookings, and services attach rate to ACV/ARR deals.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding PS booking targets at a SaaS company.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining consultants and managers.
  • Experience driving organizational change, behavior, and mindset.
  • Sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insights.
  • Strong customer‑facing skills and capacity to lead customers to success and handle escalations.
  • Technical background in data, analytics, networking, or software development.
  • Persuasive ability to convince others to pursue a course of action.
  • BS/BA required; master’s degree preferred.

  • Achieve target bookings.
  • Develop new outcome‑based services offerings and packages.
  • Participate in programs to improve processes, tools, and offerings.
  • Build relationships with key customers.
  • Partner with implementation partners to ensure delivery success.
