$75-85K + Bonus
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote after training
Role SummaryPolygon is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to fill the role of Contracts Administrator in our North Andover, MA office. This person is a key member of the Contracts & Administration team and directly reports to the Contracts Manager. The Contracts Administrator’s responsibilities include reviewing and processing customer contracts and organization of the contracts management system.
Essential Job Functions- Documenting and reviewing contract terms and conditions
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with internal and external business partners
- Researching and resolving contract issues
- Ensures contract are in compliance with laws and regulations
- Ensuring timely and accurate contract approval
- Ensure all necessary clauses and details are included in contracts
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
- Ensure employees understand and comply with terms and conditions
- Maintains an organized system of physical and digital records
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
- Must be detailed oriented and able to work in a self-directed environment
- Experience with Contracts Management systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with business, finance, and accounting terminology
