Job Description & How to Apply Below

About Us:

Videa is a cutting-edge AI-powered solution for dentistry, developed by a team of seasoned leaders, engineers, AI scientists, and clinicians spun out of MIT. Our vision is to be the first company to diagnose a billion people globally. Our product is already used by thousands of dental clinicians to improve the quality of care through faster diagnoses, increase operating efficiencies, and improved patient understanding.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. This role is designed for a dental professional with strong business acumen who can act as the clinical voice across our enterprise and mid‑market customer base. You will bring clinical credibility, guide adoption strategies, and strengthen client relationships across your book of business. You will also lead education and enablement initiatives for customers and internal teams, ensuring clinical excellence and consistency across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Satisfaction
  • Own the end-to-end client relationship for a portfolio of DSO accounts, serving as the primary point of contact post‑implementation

  • Develop deep relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders to understand practice goals, workflows, and success metrics

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy

  • Manage issue escalations with professionalism, balancing urgency with clear client expectation‑setting

Product Adoption & Clinical Success
  • Drive product adoption across dental teams through a consultative approach rooted in clinical workflow expertise

  • Define adoption milestones and clinical success metrics in partnership with clients; intervene proactively when engagement lags

  • Analyze client usage data to surface trends, identify gaps, and share actionable opportunities for deeper engagement

  • Bring clinical credibility into strategic account conversations to ensure adoption aligns with both clinical and business outcomes

Education & Enablement
  • Design and deliver clinical training programs for dental teams, executives, and front‑line staff

  • Develop scalable educational assets — including guides, webinars, playbooks, and case studies — to build confidence in AI‑assisted workflows

  • Represent the company as a clinical thought leader at client meetings, workshops, and industry events

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Advocacy
  • Translate client feedback and clinical insights into actionable input for Product, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market teams

  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Clinical Effectiveness to deliver a seamless, clinically sound customer experience

  • Serve as the internal voice of the client to continuously improve implementation, and product experience

Requirements
  • Dental degree (DDS, DMD, RDH, or equivalent) with business or industry experience (MBA, consulting, customer success, or leadership roles in dental organizations).

  • 5+ years of experience in dentistry, healthcare consulting, customer success, or product adoption roles — ideally in health tech, SaaS, or AI

  • Proven ability to educate and influence clinical teams while also engaging executives on business outcomes

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical, clinical, and business perspectives

  • Highly organized, with the ability to partner across multiple accounts and teams

  • Passion for innovation in dental care and for transforming patient outcomes through technology

  • Tenacity and creative problem‑solving skills

What It Is Like to Work Here

We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck.

We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 100% company‑paid dental and vision coverage

  • Generous medical contributions

  • The opportunity to work on AI that is actually used every day

  • A team of thoughtful, driven people who genuinely care

The base salary range for this role is $100,000–$120,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.

Equal Opportunity

Videa is committed to building an equitable, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Diverse teams build better products and better healthcare. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

Videa participates in E‑Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States.
