Description
As part of the Robotics Supply Chain PMO team, we are seeking an experienced Sourcing Excellence Product Manager to optimize, scale, and operationalize existing sourcing solutions, driving maturity across our Global Sourcing Operations. This role will transform baseline processes into robust, standardized accountability mechanisms while leveraging AI workflows to build scalable organizational capabilities.
The position works closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to embed best practices and scale proven methodologies. You will enhance existing cost‑tracking and supplier‑performance frameworks, develop integrated governance mechanisms, and institutionalize accountability across our supplier ecosystem. The successful candidate will operationalize supplier engagement processes, standardize sourcing practices, establish enhanced KPIs and analytical frameworks, and identify opportunities to embed AI workflows that automate processes and scale sourcing excellence organization‑wide.
Key Job Responsibilities- Institutionalize capabilities within the sourcing and procurement domain by leading initiatives from conceptualization to implementation.
- Develop a program roadmap and strategy documentation to ensure clear communication and coordination of needs for the business while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders and delivering multiple first‑of‑their‑kind programs.
- Utilize strong leadership and stakeholder management & communication skills to align diverse teams, communicate program status and insights to leadership teams, and provide recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
- Continuously seek new opportunities to mature the sourcing and procurement domain through automation and standardization, implementing repeatable processes.
As the Source & Procure Excellence PM within the RSC PMO, you operate at the intersection of every function that touches supplier management. You partner with sourcing leaders on performance governance, align with procurement, logistics, or finance on data flow and standards, and design mechanisms, playbooks, and tools that make sourcing and supplier management more consistent, scalable, and accountable across the organization.
Your work turns strategy into repeatable process, and fragmented practices into shared standards. Every day is cross‑functional, fast‑moving, and focused on building what doesn’t yet exist.

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 4+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience
- 5+ years of developing diverse supplier strategies and executing on sourcing activities experience
- 3+ years of using business intelligence reporting tools such as OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, Micro Strategy, SSAS Cubes, etc.
- Bachelor's degree
- AI Prompt Engineering proficiency
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
