Key Responsibilities- Support the execution and management of pricing and rebate programs and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct analysis and data management activities to support pricing strategies, utilizing SAS/SQL as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of pricing initiatives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the pricing and rebate processes, conducting research to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with teams supporting the overall pricing program, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to pricing processes, program management, and issue resolution.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance pricing strategies and improve overall program performance.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, program management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SAS/SQL for data analysis and management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups.
- Extensive experience requiring problem solving, problem analysis, and creative solutions skills.
- Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Ability to communicate complex analytic findings in an easy‑to‑understand way.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional work experience required. Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, economics or other data related fields preferred.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
