As a Cloud & Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining on-premise and cloud-based application server infrastructure. • Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent education/hands‑on experience
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including ticketing systems
• Strong proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Solid skills in Power Shell and scripting languages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong server infrastructure management fundamentals
• A genuine customer service orientation—you want to help people and teams succeed
• Ability to think analytically, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple priorities
