Opportunity Overview

Contract Coordinator – Level 1 based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 4‑month (W‑2) contract assignment. The role supports the client by reviewing existing agreements, extracting and classifying important contract metadata, and ensuring accurate electronic filing within the document retention and contract repository systems. The specialist partners with team members to maintain a contract library that enables fast retrieval, reporting, and compliance, while using AI‑enabled tools and workflows to improve the speed and consistency of contract classification.

Day‑to‑Day
  • Review, intake, and interpret existing contracts and related documents (e.g., letters of credit, guaranty issuances, and amendments).
  • Identify contract type, parties, expiration dates, renewal terms, important obligations, and other standard fields required for internal tracking.
  • Classify contracts in the internal database according to established taxonomy.
  • Flag missing information, inconsistencies, or unclear terms for escalation to Legal or designated reviewers.
  • Electronically file implemented contracts and supporting documentation in the document retention system, following naming conventions and retention policies.
  • Support audits and retrieval requests by locating documents quickly and reliably.
  • Use AI‑enabled workflow improvement tools to accelerate contract summarization, metadata extraction, and classification suggestions.
  • Compare AI‑generated outputs against contract language, correct errors, and document insights to improve future accuracy.
  • Track work volumes, turnaround times, and error trends; propose improvements to reduce rework.
Who You Are
  • Systems proficiency: experience with contract lifecycle management tools, document management/retention systems, and databases (e.g., SharePoint, CLM tools, or similar platforms).
  • AI fluency: practical experience using AI‑assisted tools (e.g., for extraction, summarization, classification) and verifying results against source documents.
  • 2+ years of experience reviewing, processing, or administrating contracts (legal ops, contract administration, procurement support, compliance, or similar).
  • Experience electronically filing documents in a retention system or document management platform with established conventions.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information.
