Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational strategies and priorities.
- Oversee cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the executive team's objectives.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead or participate in special initiatives as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
- Drive decisive execution of enterprise‑level priorities by cutting through ambiguity, removing barriers, and ensuring strategic initiatives move forward with urgency, clarity, and measurable impact.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal / external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and building positive relationships across the organization.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, supporting decision‑making, agenda setting, and material preparation for executive and Board of Directors' meetings.
- Excellent judgment, problem‑solving skills, emotional intelligence, intuition regarding interpersonal interactions, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and prior experience in a high‑paced corporate environment.
- Expert‑level analytical skills and experience with leading, executing, and synthesizing complex research, analysis, and project initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and make independent judgment on assigned duties.
- Excellent relationship skills and the ability to get things done in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in understanding government services or government consulting services.
Maximum salary ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
