Position Summary
We are hiring Relief Residential Supervisors for our residential group homes serving at‑risk youth. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
ResponsibilitiesCreating and maintaining the schedule for adequate staff coverage and performance; maintaining group home site compliance; participating in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of client treatment plans.
Requirements- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent direct experience of at least 2 years
- Must have broad knowledge of non‑profit administration and child protective systems
- Approved CORI & DCF background checks (performed by the EEC)
- Approved driving background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be at least 21 years old
