Springfield College is seeking a Dispatcher to support Public Safety, faculty, staff, and students. You will monitor radios, operate the CAD system, and dispatch Police, Fire, and EMS as needed.
Responsibilities include greeting callers, directing them, monitoring cameras and alarms, and maintaining logs. A High School diploma with 2 years’ experience is required; an Associate’s in Criminal Justice and EMO/APCO certifications are preferred.
