Associate Director, Market Research – Systemic Mastocytosis

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate a highly relevant and impactful insight agenda for the US Systemic Mastocytosis business
• Be a highly valued strategic thought partner to the US Commercial team
• Effectively support / inform standard US Commercial business processes
• Cultivate strong partnerships across a matrixed internal environment
• Cultivate relationships with the Insights vendor community
• Effectively manage projects, driving collaboration between internal and external teams
• Communicate data / insights clearly and concisely

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech market research
• Strong primary market research capabilities with understanding of various methodologies
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Knowledge of secondary/syndicated pharmaceutical data sources
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
