Cintas seeks a Training and Compliance Instructor to facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics. Responsibilities include selling and scheduling training, upselling safety and first aid products to training customers, and collaborating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements
• High School Diploma/GED;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 and $120,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and other business or organizational needs.
