Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Required Qualifications /Skills/Experience
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, business consulting, operations, product, project delivery, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, compliance, product, or delivery stakeholders
- Experience performing current-state and future-state analysis, requirements definition, process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, and business impact assessment
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analysis work with minimal direction
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working across business and technology teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications /Skills/Experience
- Experience evaluating opportunities involving AI, automation, digital capabilities, and process improvement
- Experience coordinating work across onshore and offshore teams
- Experience supporting customer journey mapping, service design, and operating model development
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support complex business initiatives and strategic projects
- This role is responsible for leading business analysis efforts, gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating business processes, and partnering with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across business, operations, technology, compliance, product, and project teams
- This individual will be responsible for translating business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and supporting analysis artifacts
- The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the capability to influence stakeholders while working independently on complex initiatives
- The successful candidate will assess business impacts, identify risks and dependencies, evaluate process improvement opportunities, and contribute to future-state operating models and implementation strategies
- This position also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, reporting, controls, and overall business performance
Job Duties
- Lead business analysis activities for complex initiatives and projects
- Gather, analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform current-state and future-state process analysis
- Identify business impacts, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and tradeoffs
- Develop process maps, business rules, workflows, and supporting documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions
- Support development of future-state operating models and implementation approaches
- Create and maintain analysis artifacts and project documentation
- Assess business readiness impacts related to processes, systems, data, reporting, controls, communications, and training
- Partner with business, operations, technology, compliance, product, project, and change management teams
- Coordinate activities with onshore and offshore business analysis resources
- Support knowledge transfer, artifact reviews, and quality assurance activities
- Utilize business data, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback to support recommendations
- Evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, digital transformation, and process improvement
- Support successful project execution and business outcomes
