You will serve as the bridge between deal formation and successful execution, driving predictable delivery, financial rigor, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Business Units, and Customer Leadership teams, you will oversee deal execution, monitor performance against business cases, manage risks, and identify expansion opportunities. You will thrive in complex enterprise environments, balancing customer-facing engagement with strong operational and financial discipline.

Your role :
  • Lead the transition of enterprise agreements from contract signature through execution and operational delivery, ensuring strategic partnerships are delivered safely, compliantly, and in alignment with contractual commitments. Partner with implementation, operations, and customer teams to drive successful program outcomes, customer satisfaction, and long-term value realization.

  • Establish and maintain governance processes to monitor partnership performance against business case commitments. Track revenue, margin, realization, and operational metrics, lead customer value realization and executive business reviews, and develop mitigation plans when outcomes deviate from expectations.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Business Units, Customer Leadership, Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis teams to support enterprise deal execution. Contribute to enterprise deal architecture reviews and ensure accurate deal booking, forecasting, reporting, financial transparency, and audit readiness.

  • Drive operational rigor and accountability across strategic partnership portfolios while maintaining quarterly profit and loss visibility for assigned partnerships. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and contractual risks, leading issue resolution and escalation management across stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships following successful implementation and partner with commercial and customer-facing teams to advance expansion pipelines. Support initiatives that increase customer value, profitability, and long-term partnership growth while contributing to strategic and operational improvement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic account management, operations, finance, or enterprise delivery. You have experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and enterprise customer engagements.

  • Your skills include strong financial acumen with experience analyzing business cases, forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics. You have a proven ability to manage risk, drive accountability, and influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification is preferred.
