Springfield, Mass

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000

• Prepare precise and comprehensive cost estimates for Government construction projects.
• Manage both large and small project budgets and bid submissions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with management, superintendents, and senior project managers to ensure the success of projects.
• Lead the estimating department, including training and developing direct reports.

• 7-20 years of experience in commercial estimating.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Construction-related field (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in takeoff software such as Blue Beam, OnScreen, and Planswift.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to work in the Springfield office and travel throughout Massachusetts/New England for site walk-throughs.
