Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to join their client's team in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage project timelines and coordinate various construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project details and updates.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and communicate schedule updates to all relevant parties.
  • Ensure all scheduling activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Support the project team with planning and coordination efforts to optimize resource allocation and minimize project risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.

Additional Details

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
