Job Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of site work for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relevant to construction site work.
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports and post-project evaluations.
